AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate travel suggestions, itineraries, and other content ("AI Output"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information;
• You are responsible for verifying all travel information, including prices, availability, safety conditions, visa requirements, and travel advisories;
• AI Output should not be relied upon as the sole source for travel decisions;
• Travel conditions can change rapidly; always check current information before traveling;

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR TRAVEL DECISIONS.

Travel Insurance

We (and our licensors) own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. This includes all underlying software, technology, algorithms, models, interfaces, and tools, and all improvements, modifications, or derivative works. Except for the limited license we grant you under these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the Services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INTENDED USE. TRAVEL INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRAVEL DECISIONS AND SAFETY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL VIBES AND ITS LICENSORS, PROVIDERS, AFFILIATES, AND OFFICERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN AI OUTPUT, OR FOR ANY TRAVEL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Vibes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of others;
• Any User Content you provide;
• Any travel decisions you make based on AI Output.

Term and Termination

These Terms begin when you first accept them or start using the Services and continue until terminated.

• You may stop using the Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, the Services, or your use of the Services will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes and claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Any dispute with us must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. YOU AND TRAVEL VIBES EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

Survival

The provisions of these Terms relating to intellectual property, data rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any other terms that by their nature should survive, will continue in effect after termination of your access to the Services or these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Assignment

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. Any attempt to assign in violation of this section is void.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Travel Vibes regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings relating to the Services.
